Han-Yun Cheng

Cellist Han-Yun Cheng was born in Taipei (Taiwan). She first studied at Taipei National University of the Arts with Liu Chu-Chuan and graduated from her BA in 2015. Han-Yun Cheng has been preparing her master's degree at the Robert Schumann Hochschule für Musik Düsseldorf with Prof. Nikolaus Trieb since 2017.

In Taiwan, she has already participated in various cello competitions with distinction and as the third prizewinner.

Since 2018 she is a scholarship holder of the Dual Orchestra Academy Thuringia.
