Benjamin Pant

Benjamin Pant was born in the UK. He received his first violin lessons at the age of seven. Benjamin studied at the Royal Northern College of Music with Thomas Kemp. An Erasamus exchange year took him to Germany at the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT in Weimar. There he was teached by Rosa Donata Sailer. Following his studies Benjamin took private lessons with Prof. Martin Funda.

Since 2008, Benjamin has gained numerous orchestral experiences, playing in various youth orchestras such as the National Youth Chamber Orchestra, the Baltic Sea Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and the International Academy Orchestra Schloss Hundisburg.

He is currently still working as a temporary assistant to the Orchestra Arte Frizzante and the dogma chamber orchestra. Benjamin attended masterclasses with Pavel Fischer, Christoph Richter, James Boyd, and others.

Since February 2019 he is a scholarship holder of the Dual Orchestra Academy Thuringia.
